Bio-IT FAIR Data Hackathon Selects CDD’s BioAssay Data Project

Second annual Bio-IT Hackathon promises a new level of collaboration on real-world genomic datasets.
CDD is proud to provide a data project and development team to this year’s Bio-IT Hackathon. The Hackathon brings together innovative data scientists and developers from across the industry to solve real-world data challenges using the principles of FAIR: Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable Data.
Developer teams come from Collaborative Drug Discovery, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Broad Institute. Hackathon participants will have an opportunity to participate in a new level of collaboration evaluating FAIRness for a range of real-world datasets.
