Concentration response calculations: minimum and maximum measured activity

In addition to calculating the IC50, CDD Vault automatically calculates a set of parameters related to the curve fit. We now also report the minimum and maximum measured activity, which are simply the extremal values of all measured responses. This supplements the maximum value derived from the curve fit.

API: download readout rows by run ID instead of run date

You can create an API call to download readout data from a protocol by using the run ID instead of run dates. Learn more about the API

Vision: build a predictive model from a molecule collection

Machine learning models can now be based on molecule collections, in addition to lists of molecules tested in a protocol. This increases the flexibility of models, to allow training sets based on public data, or any combination of molecules stored within your vault. Learn more about models and CDD Visualization.

Release notes move to the CDD blog

Every two weeks or so, CDD updates the CDD Vault application. You can find all of the recent updates on our blog. The link is available from the footer of your CDD Vault as well.
