SPARK Training: How to Perform Advanced Searches & Data Visualization

March 20, 2019 • 12:00 PM (EST); 9:00 AM (PST); 5:00 PM (GMT)

The Shared Platform for Antibiotic Research and Knowledge (SPARK) is a cloud-based, virtual laboratory that enables scientists to access and share data and insights, learn from past research, and generate new insights into how molecules enter and stay inside of Gram-negative bacteria.  The SPARK community has rapidly grown since its initial launch in September 2018, with over 450 registrants from nearly 60 countries to date.

Join us on Wednesday, March 20th at 12PM (ET) / 9AM (PT) / 5PM (GMT) for a webinar where we delve into SPARK’s enhanced querying functions and visualization tool, Vision. We will also showcase the LpxA, LpxD, and LpxK data recently contributed by Novartis.  There will be opportunities to ask questions during the webinar.  You may also submit questions in advance of the webinar to [email protected] by Thursday, March 14th.
