    Collaborative Communications at CDD Vault

    James White is Director of Collaborative Communications at Collaborative Drug Discovery (CDD Vault), focusing on scientific communication and digital media solutions for biotechnology research organizations. Previously, he served as Associate at Ropes & Gray and Project Manager at Hera Health Solutions, where he developed venture capital networking platforms and provided support for defense grant applications. He completed his PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology at Vanderbilt University and holds a BS in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. Dr. White has extensive experience in strategic business development, project management, and fostering partnerships within startup ecosystems, with expertise in communicating complex scientific research to diverse audiences.

    Salima Ismayilova is a Director of Business Development at Collaborative Drug Discovery (CDD) which is
    a cloud-based data management and analysis platform for chemistry and biology research teams. In
    2011 Salima earned her doctorate degree in Plant Biology studying lichens as a key ingredient in
    perfume palette.  As a former biologist and with an MBA Degree from Florida International University
    Salima successfully transitioned into supporting scientists in accelerating their discovery efforts as part
    of the CDD team. Salima is passionate about the importance of FAIR data, data management, quality
    and centralization, lab automation and workflows. Though Salima may have stepped away from the
    active lab world, her passion for science remains fervent, and is committed to leveraging her knowledge
    and expertise to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions to the scientific community.
