      CDD Vault Update (April 2022[#2]): Register Nucleotides Using DNA Files

      Register Nucleotides Using DNA Files

      CDD Vault now supports the upload of a dna file when registering Nucleotides. When you choose to register a new Nucleotide, you now have the chance to upload a sequence file. Currently, *.dna files are supported. Using this file upload during the registration process allows CDD Vault to:
      • store the sequence
      • display the sequence map preview
      • extract the sequence from the dna file
