CDD Vault Update (April 2023[#2]): Drawing S-Groups in Ketcher, Batch Links for Protocol/Run Fields, and an API Performance Boost
Ketcher: Drawing all types of S-Groups Consolidated into 1 Tool
Drawing all types of S-Groups (data, superatoms, polymers, etc) in Ketcher has been consolidated into a single tool located on the left side of the structure editor.CDD Vault: Batch Links in Protocol & Run Fields
When creating Protocol and Run fields, the Vault Administrator may now designate Batch Link data types. An example use-case may be a Run Field to indicate a control compound or cell line used in that Run - if that entity is registered in a Vault, using a Batch Link Run field is a great way to link to the specific entity used in that Run so that this data is not required on every readout row.
API: Performance of the GET Protocols API Call Is Improved
The performance ofGET Protocols
