CDD Vault Update (April 2023[#2]): Drawing S-Groups in Ketcher, Batch Links for Protocol/Run Fields, and an API Performance Boost
Ketcher: Drawing all types of S-Groups Consolidated into 1 Tool
Drawing all types of S-Groups (data, superatoms, polymers, etc) in Ketcher has been consolidated into a single tool located on the left side of the structure editor.CDD Vault: Batch Links in Protocol & Run Fields
When creating Protocol and Run fields, the Vault Administrator may now designate Batch Link data types. An example use-case may be a Run Field to indicate a control compound or cell line used in that Run - if that entity is registered in a Vault, using a Batch Link Run field is a great way to link to the specific entity used in that Run so that this data is not required on every readout row.
API: Performance of the GET Protocols API Call Is Improved
The performance ofGET Protocols is greatly improved. Since this specific API call also returns Run details, this performance boost is especially noticeable when a Protocol has many Runs.Other posts you might be interested in
