Responding to the preferences of our user community, the ability to create new Projects will now be restricted to Vault Administrators only. The link to create a new Project will no longer appear in the “Create a new…” menu nor the Projects index page for all other user roles.

- Users who are not Vault Administrators can still be allowed (by the Vault Administrator) to “Manage” a Project. In this case, the non-Vault Administrator user (who is set to “Manage” the Project) can still:
- rename the Project
- edit the Project’s Description
- add new users into the Project
- remove users from the Project
