Americas session: Join us for our Q4 2025 product update webinar where we'll demonstrate an operational walkthrough of two recent enhancements in CDD Vault. We will review chemically aware registration of antibodies and antibody drug conjugates, including multispecific formats and site directed conjugation. We will also show how Boltz-2 docking runs directly inside Vault to predict protein ligand binding modes and affinities.

Key Updates

• Register antibodies with up to four chains, explicit regions of interest, and disulfide bond definitions
• Register ADCs using mono, dual, tri, or quad payloads through site directed or stochastic conjugation
• Use custom and non natural amino acids within sequences and monomer libraries
• Upload antibodies and ADCs in bulk using sequence annotations or Vault IDs
• Run Boltz-2 docking on protein ligand pairs with predicted affinity, binder probability, and poses
• Launch docking on single records or via Import Data for higher throughput screening
