    CDD Vault pricing FAQ

Answers to common questions about plans, free access, trials, and what’s included in every subscription.

Is there a free version of CDD Vault?

Yes. Freemium gives individual scientists free access to CDD Visualization, a browser-based tool for SAR analysis and publication-ready figures. Your data stays on your device and is never uploaded to a server. Saving sessions, sharing with colleagues, and storing data require a Premium or Enterprise subscription.

    How is CDD Vault priced?

Premium and Enterprise are quote-based. Pricing depends on the number of users, the modules you need, and how the platform is deployed. Speak with a CDD professional for a quote tailored to your workflows.

    Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try the full CDD Vault platform free for 30 days.

Do small organizations get custom pricing?

Yes. Academic, nonprofit, and small biotech groups receive custom pricing on CDD Vault subscriptions.

What’s the difference between Premium and Enterprise?

Both run on the same CDD Vault platform with the same security and compliance features. Enterprise adds deployment and services for larger organizations, including a single-tenant instance, dev-test-prod environments, custom development, managed data migrations, integration services, and dedicated support resources.

Are security and compliance included in every plan?

Yes. Every subscription includes single sign-on, role-based permissions, project-level access control, a full audit trail, and support for 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP workflows. CDD Vault data is private and secure. Security information can be found in the CDD Vault Trust Center.

Can I start small and expand later?

Yes. Many teams start with one project or a few modules and add users, modules, and services as their research grows, without migrating to a new system.

How does CDD help organizations grow?

CDD Vault scales informatics for organizations with thousands of scientists and hundreds of collaborations around the world.

    Not sure which plan fits?

An application scientist can walk through your workflows and recommend a setup.
