Day 2, February 26, 2026 ~ Training and Feedback Gathering

Following the  Community Meeting, CDD is organizing a day for training and feedback gathering with users.

We are planning four training tracks: 

• General CDD Vault: Inventory and ELN Best Practices
  Led by Emilia Hietala
  Learn how to structure projects, manage inventory efficiently, and get the most out of the ELN for everyday research workflows.
• AI, AI+, and Data Visualization
  Led by Dr Susana Tomasio
  Explore how to apply AI-driven tools within CDD Vault, create new compounds based on the bisisoterism principle, leverage Boltz, Aphafold and DiffDock, and use visualization to extract insight from complex datasets. If time permits, learn how to automatize these workflows. 
  
• Protocol Forms & Curves
   Led by Dr Nicola Vettore
   A deep dive into experimental data capture, curve analysis, and best practices for assay data quality and consistency. If time permits, learn how to automatize these workflows. 
• Registration Forms & Biologicals Data Management
   Led by Dr Antima Gupta
   Learn how to manage multiple registration entities in a single database, design robust registration workflows, and handle complex biological
