CDD Vault Update (Sept #4 2025): Publication Ready Plots and ELN to Inventory Connections

    Adjust plot settings:

Creating publication quality images of plots just got easier. Users now have the ability to edit plot settings when exporting to png or pdf formats. Adjust the axes font size, font size of the title, line thickness, and overall plot size so it’ll fit perfectly in a powerpoint slide without scaling.

Overall plot size can be adjusted to one of the following with 300 dpi:

    • small: 2420 × 1080 (8 in x 3.6 in)
    • medium: 3060 × 1440 (10.2 in x 4.8 in)
    • large: 4340 × 2160 (14.5 in x 7.2in)

Adjustments to the plot settings are then reflected in the exported images as seen below.

    Legends in curve overlay:

Plot legends are now displayed when overlaying curves from different molecules or protocols. This allows for easier identification of individual curves when many curves are overlaid.

Register a sample from the ELN:

Register a new sample for an entity linked to an ELN page.

Register a new sample for a molecule directly from the stoichiometry table.

Deplete a sample from the ELN:

Both single-use and multi-use samples can be depleted. Click the test tube icon next to the sample link in the ELN page or stoichiometry table. Then click the Deplete button.

Create a sample from a debit in the ELN

Registering a new sample from a debit is now enabled for samples linked directly to the ELN page. To provide feedback on features, or if you have questions and want to schedule a demo, please contact support@collaborativedrug.com.
