We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature in CDD Vault Visualization: the ability to plot and compare individual replicate values.
Display individual replicates alongside calculated summary statistics (e.g., mean, median) for a more complete view of variability and reproducibility.
Visualize replicate data points for any assay results that contain multiple measurements. Filter and group replicate data by compound, condition, batch, or any other metadata field. Additionally, replicate data points will appear on separate rows, enabling coloring based on hit conditions.
These updates support various workflows, such as analyzing HTS results, monitoring control compound performance over time (QC), and defining hit conditions for screening campaigns.
