Mariana Vaschetto Recognized Among 2025 Top Women Leaders in Healthcare Technology

We’re proud to share that Mariana Vaschetto, Ph.D., Head of Operations EMEA/LATAM at CDD Vault, has been recognized as one of The Top Women Leaders in Healthcare Technology of 2025 by The Healthcare Technology Report.

The annual report highlights leaders who are driving operational and strategic progress across healthcare technology, including data infrastructure, AI-enabled platforms, and clinical development.

With a Ph.D. in Chemistry and prior executive leadership roles at Dotmatics, PerkinElmer (CambridgeSoft), and Accelrys (BIOVIA), Mariana brings decades of experience across scientific informatics, product strategy, and global partnerships.

Mariana’s work addresses one of the life sciences industry’s most persistent challenges: transforming fragmented, siloed research data into structured, AI-ready assets. She guides organizations through the transition from legacy systems to modern digital infrastructure, with particular emphasis on data integrity, regulatory compliance, security, and interoperability. Her ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions has made her a trusted advisor to both bench scientists and executive leadership teams.

Over the past year, she has helped guide the continued evolution of CDD’s infrastructure, including expanded EU hosting capabilities that support data residency requirements and regulatory alignment. Her leadership ensures that CDD Vault meets the practical and compliance needs of research teams operating across international environments.

Her recognition underscores both her individual leadership and the critical role of secure, interoperable research data infrastructure in accelerating modern drug discovery.
